2. Terms
2.0.1 Storey height

The room ground level is more than 1/3 of the net height of room lower than the outdoor ground level and it is called semi-basement.

3. Regulations on Construction Measurement
3.0.1 The construction area of monolayer construction shall be calculated according to the periphery horizontal area of the structure on top of plinth of external
walls and be in compliance with the following provisions:
1. Monolayer buildings with a height of 2.20m or more shall be calculated
the gross area, while for those lower than 2.20m, they shall be calculated
1/2 area.
2. For the utilization of the space in the sloping house, parts higher than
2.10m shall be calculated the gross area, parts between 1.20m and 2.10m
to be calculated 1/2 of the area and the net height is insufficient for 1.20m
will be neglected. |
