This Part specifies the basic safety requirements for the design, manufacture and installation of fixed industrial guardrail and steel platform.
This Part is applicable to guardrails and steel platform for working space in the industrial enterprises (excluding those specified by other standards).
2. Normative references
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this Part of GB 4053, constitute provisions of this Part. For dated reference, subsequent amendments (excluding content of corrigenda) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, Parties to agreements based on this Part are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standard indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document referred to applies.
