1. Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, special regulations on the inspection, lifting and laying down of self-erection mast of land rig.
This standard is applicable to the lifting and laying down operations of self-erection masts, which lifted and laid down via A-frames of substructure of ZJ - 10， ZJ - 20， ZJ -30, ZJ -40, ZJ - 50 and ZJ - 7U rigs.

3. Inspection and requirements before lifting and laying down
3.1 Mast and substructure
3.1.1 Assemble mast and substructure according to installation instructions and drawings of the rig.
3.1.2 All connecting and fixing parts for mast and substructure shall be complete and proper as required.
3.1.3 The auxiliary facilities such as ladders, hand rails and walkways shall be properly installed and secured. Check and remove any unfixed objects from the mast.
3.1.4 Check the mast and substructure to ensure that there are no cracks, severe distortion, etc.
