I. General Principles 1.0.1 This Code is designed to unify the building drawings, to guarantee the quality of drawings and improve the efficiency of making drawings so that drawings can be clear, concise and meet design, construction and filing requirements. 1.0.2 This Standard has regulated the fundamental rules for making drawings of buildings. It is applicable to drawings of all trades, including the general drawings, construction, structure, water supply and drainage, heating/ventilation and air conditioning as well as electrics. 1.0.3 It is applicable to the design of the following drawings: 1. Handwork drawings; 2. Computerized drawings;
This Standard is applicable to the following engineering drawings of all trades: 1. Stage design drawings and completion drawings of newly-built, rebuilt and extended projects; 2. Surveyed drawings of original buildings, constructions and general plane; 3. General design drawings and standard design drawings. 1.0.5 The building drawings shall be in accordance with current related compulsory standards and other professional standards for drawings of the state besides this standard. |
