1 Scope PREFIX = O This part of GB/T 9711 specifies the technical delivery conditions for unalloyed and alloyed (except stainless) seamless and welded steel pipes. It includes quality and testing requirements overall higher than those specified in GB/T 9711.1. This part of GB/T 9711 applies for pipes which are normally used for the transmission of combustible fluids.
