1. Scope This standard is applicable for the determination of fat in pasteurized milk, UHT milk, raw milk, fermented milk, modified milk, milk powder, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and formulated condensed milk, cream butter and anhydrous milkfat, cheese, processed cheese and infant formula.
