1 Scope
This standard specifies basic principles, content, and requirements for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning design of fossil fuel power plant.
This standard is applicable to engineering design of construction, extension and renovation of the steam turbine generator of condensed steam type with capacity is 125MW-600MW and fossil fuel power plant of heating machine group with capacity is 50MW and more than 50MW.
Engineering design for construction, extension and renovation of fossil fuel power plant of other machine groups may refer to this.

3 Basic requirements
3.0.1 Area with average more than 90d days with daily mean temperature is stable and no larger than 5℃ in each year is deemed to be heating area.
Manufacturing plant house and auxiliary buildings in the heating area shall design central heating.
3.0.2 Area conforms one of the following conditions is deemed as heating transitional area:
1. Average day with daily mean temperature stable and is no larger than 5℃ in each year is 60d-89d;
2. Average days with daily mean temperature stable and is no larger than 5℃ in each year are 45d-59d, simultaneously, relative humidity of the coldest month in each year shall be no less than 75% and average sunshine rate of winter in each year shall be no larger than 25%.
Production factory building and some auxiliary buildings in the heating transitional area, should design central heating.
3.0.3 When productivity construction requires being set with heating according to technological requirements, non-heating area may be set with heating.
3.0.4 Air parameter in each room of the fossil fuel power plant see appendix A.
3.0.5 Selection for calculating parameter of exterior heating, ventilation and air conditioning see GBJ 19.
When designing winter ventilation, it requires thermal-blast system compensating partial air draft, air intake temperature exterior shall adopt calculated temperature of the exterior heating.
3.0.6 Construction conforms to one of the following conditions should be set with thermal air screen:
1. When main building, office building, wagon tipper house and ground hopper, etc. in the severe cold area and cold area is counter to the open anteport and it is not set with porch and front room;
2. The forementioned constructions in severe cold area and cold area as well as others, when production or operating requirement disallows to reduce indoor temperature, or thermal air screen after the comparison setting of the technical economy is reasonable
